What we do
What services does Car Recovery Dubai offer?
We recover and tow cars, SUVs, electric and luxury cars, motorcycles, trucks and buses in Dubai, fix small problems at the roadside, and pull vehicles out of sand with our own 4x4 team.
- Car recovery: after a crash, and for electric cars, luxury cars and motorcycles.
- Towing: flatbed or wheel-lift, to a workshop, your home or another emirate.
- Roadside assistance: jump-starts, battery replacement, tyres, lockouts and fuel.
- Car pullout, desert recovery and 4x4 recovery from sand.
- Heavy vehicle recovery: trucks, buses and trailers.
What we don't do: basement or underground car-park recovery, pullouts from ditches, mud or building sites, and collecting vehicles that are already inside another emirate.

Pricing
How do you price a job?
We don't publish a price list, because every job is different. Distance, vehicle type and how hard the recovery is all change the quote, and you get it on WhatsApp before we start.
That is why we ask for a pin and a photo first: they let the dispatcher quote the real job instead of an average one. If the job turns out to be different on the day, we tell you before doing anything extra.
Where we work
Where do you work?
We collect vehicles anywhere in Dubai, in all 78 communities listed on our service areas page. We tow from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
Our pickups are in Dubai only. If your vehicle is already inside another emirate, a local service is the right call.

Are the photos on this site real jobs?
No. The pictures on this website are illustrations of typical recovery situations in Dubai, not photos of specific customer jobs. They are labelled as illustrations where it matters.
We would rather say that plainly than let an illustration pass for a customer's car. When we publish real job photos, with the owner's permission, we will say so.
