Who we are

What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need to send the right vehicle to the right place and to answer your request:

• When you message or call us: your phone number, the vehicle details, your location and what happened. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to the messages and to any live location you share.
• When you use the quote form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you need, the vehicle, where it is, where it should go and your message. The form is delivered to us by email through the service Web3Forms.
• When you visit the site: measurement tools count visits and clicks on our Call and WhatsApp buttons (see below).

We use this to quote, to carry out the job and to answer questions about it. We do not sell your information.

Tools this website loads (cookies and similar)

• Google Tag Manager. It loads measurement tags that count visits and button clicks, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. These can set cookies and send information such as your approximate location and the pages you view to Google.
• Cloudflare. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which also provides basic visit statistics (Web Analytics) for the pages it serves.
• Tawk.to chat. On tablets and computers the chat button loads after you first scroll or tap. If you use it, the messages you type and technical data such as your IP address are processed by Tawk.to.
• Google Maps. The map on the contact and service areas pages only loads when you press "Load the map". Until then, nothing is requested from Google.
• Web3Forms. Receives the quote form when you press Send.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out tool for Analytics. Blocking them does not stop you from calling or messaging us.

Who we share it with

With the people who carry out your job, with the tools listed above, and with the authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep job and enquiry records for as long as we need them to run the business, answer questions about a job and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. WhatsApp and Tawk.to keep their own copies under their own rules, which we cannot shorten or extend.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will reply as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes to this notice

If we change what we collect or which tools the site loads, we update this page and its date.
