Car Recovery Dubai privacy policy. UAE PDPL and GDPR compliant. We collect minimum data needed to dispatch a recovery truck and bill the job. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
What we collect
When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp we record your phone number, vehicle details, location coordinates and the nature of the recovery job. When you pay we record the transaction. When you submit a website form we collect the fields you fill in.
Why we collect
Dispatching the right truck to the right location, billing the job, sending insurance documentation, and complying with UAE legal record-keeping requirements for licensed transport operators.
How long we keep it
Active job records for 7 years per UAE commercial law. Anonymous analytics data per Google Analytics defaults. WhatsApp message history per WhatsApp's own retention rules — we cannot extend or shorten that.
Who we share it with
Insurance partners (AXA, Sukoon, Orient, Emirates Insurance) when you authorise direct billing. Payment processors when you pay by card. Dubai Police and RTA when legally required for accident scene clearance. We do not sell data.

Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity heatmap (anonymised), Meta Pixel for ad attribution. You can decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner.
Your rights (UAE PDPL + GDPR)
