Car Recovery Dubai terms of service. Service scope, dispatch, pricing, cancellation, liability, and customer responsibilities for recovery and towing services across UAE.
Service scope
We provide vehicle recovery, towing, roadside assistance, battery service, desert rescue, motorcycle recovery and heavy vehicle recovery across Dubai and all six other UAE emirates. We dispatch from 24/7 operations centres.
Quote and confirmation
All quotes are sent via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. The job is only confirmed when you reply with explicit confirmation. There is no callout fee until you confirm. The quoted amount is the final amount unless additional services are requested on-site (extra winch time, additional recovery boards, additional emirates).
Dispatch and arrival
Average arrival time across Dubai is 30 minutes. We do not guarantee an exact arrival time — heavy traffic, accidents on the route, severe weather and dispatch demand can extend ETA. We share live ETA on WhatsApp the moment the truck departs.
Customer responsibility
You must be present at the vehicle (or arrange an authorised representative) when our truck arrives. You must hand over the vehicle keys (or arrange access) for loading. You must declare any modifications, low ground clearance, or special handling requirements at quote time.
Damage and liability
We carry Goods-in-Transit insurance. We are liable for damage caused by our operators during loading, transport or unloading, up to the insured value. We are NOT liable for: pre-existing damage you did not declare, damage caused by your modifications affecting safe loading, or damage during transport caused by undeclared cargo inside the vehicle.
Payment terms
Payment due on completion of the job. Accepted methods: cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer. For insurance direct billing, we require your insurance policy details before dispatch — payment is then settled with the insurer per their terms.
Cancellation
See our separate Cancellation Policy. Brief: free cancellation before truck dispatch; small fee if cancelled after dispatch but before arrival; full quoted amount if cancelled after arrival.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by weather, public emergencies, government restrictions, road closures, accidents on the route, or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to Dubai Courts jurisdiction.
