What we do
We recover and tow vehicles in Dubai, fix small problems at the roadside, and recover vehicles from sand, desert and beach locations with our own 4x4 team. We tow from Dubai to the other emirates. Pickups are in Dubai only. We don't do basement or underground car-park recovery, pullouts from ditches, mud or building sites, or collections from vehicles that are already inside another emirate.
Quote and confirmation
You get a quote on WhatsApp or by phone before the job starts. The job is confirmed when you agree to the quote. If the job turns out to be different on site, for example more equipment is needed than described, we tell you before we do anything extra.
Arrival times
Average arrival across Dubai is about 30 minutes. That is an average, not a promise: traffic, weather, the route and how busy we are can change it, and desert and outer areas take longer. You get an ETA on WhatsApp once we have your pin.
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge any time before we dispatch a truck. To cancel, send a WhatsApp message to +971 56 361 3657 or call the same number.
After a truck has been dispatched, a fee may apply to cover the dispatch. Ask the dispatcher before you confirm, so you know the amount that would apply. If you free the vehicle yourself or no longer need help, tell us straight away.
If you disagree with a charge, email [email protected] with the job date and details and we will look at it.
What we need from you
- Be at the vehicle, or send someone with authority to hand it over.
- Provide keys, or arrange access, so the vehicle can be loaded.
- Tell us about modifications, low ground clearance, existing damage, or anything that needs special handling before we load.
- Tell us if anyone is hurt or in danger. Call 999 or 998 first.
Damage
Photos of the vehicle at pickup help both sides. If you think something was damaged during the job, tell us straight away, with photos, by WhatsApp or at [email protected], and we will look into it.
Payment
The dispatcher confirms the amount and how to pay together with the quote, before the job starts.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or for being unable to carry out a job because of weather, road closures, emergencies, government restrictions or other events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Accessibility
We want every driver to be able to use this website, including with a keyboard or a screen reader. We use semantic page structure, visible focus outlines, a skip link, descriptive link text and text alternatives for images, and we avoid autoplaying media. Some parts depend on other providers: the embedded Google map, the Tawk.to chat and WhatsApp follow their own accessibility.
