Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation window

You can cancel free of charge any time before we dispatch a truck. To cancel, reply on WhatsApp or call our line. We will confirm the cancellation and you owe nothing.

After dispatch, before arrival

If the truck has already departed but has not arrived, a small dispatch fee applies — typically 25% of the quoted amount or AED 100, whichever is lower. This covers fuel, operator time and dispatch overhead.

After arrival

Once the truck arrives at your stated location, the full quoted amount is due whether or not the recovery proceeds. If you decide not to use the service after arrival, you still owe the quoted amount.

Operator no-show or significant delay

If we fail to arrive within the agreed window without a valid reason (heavy traffic, weather, accident on route), you can cancel free of charge. Just reply on WhatsApp.

Insurance direct billing

If you booked through insurance direct billing, the insurer's cancellation terms govern — we follow their policy. Most major UAE insurers allow free cancellation before dispatch.

Fleet contract cancellations

B2B fleet contracts have separate cancellation terms specified in the signed contract. Refer to your contract or contact your dedicated account manager.

How to cancel

WhatsApp +971 56 361 3657 with the word "CANCEL" plus your name and quoted job time. Or call the same number. We confirm cancellation in writing on WhatsApp.

Disputes

If you disagree with a cancellation charge, email [email protected] with the details. We respond within 48 hours and aim for fair resolution.
